BIOGRAPHY

Stephen Sheller, founding partner of Sheller, PC is one of the leading whistleblower and plaintiff’s attorneys in the United States.  He focuses his practice on pharmaceutical product liability, consumer protection, medical device litigation and mass torts, personal injury, class actions and whistleblower/qui tam.

Sheller has recovered more than $6.25 billion for U.S. taxpayers and the government representing pharmaceutical whistleblowers and much more to those injured by pharmaceutical products, most notably the Risperdal trials.  He has been featured on many news stories on all major television networks including his interview with Sharyl Attkisson’s "Full Measure" and in the New York Times and other newspapers.

Sheller is the author of two books: "Lawyering in Times of Saints & Evildoers" and "Pharmageddon: A Nation Betrayed" that chronicles the rise of pharmaceutical product liability and whistleblower lawsuits that Sheller pursued on behalf of injured children and others.
