Ronald Lebovits leads Zarwin Baum's elder abuse and neglect division. He represents victims of nursing home neglect and abuse exclusively, including personal care homes, assisted living facilities, community based homes for persons with developmental disabilities and hospitals. He has handled cases of physical abuse, avoidable pressure sores, preventable falls, choking on food, and other forms of poor care.
Lebovits teaches continuing legal education programs, writes articles and has been a guest on local radio and television programs to discuss topics of elder neglect and care, and to answer questions.
