BIOGRAPHY

Robert Ross has a long resume of successful outcomes in medical malpractice and personal injury cases. He has also garnered significant verdicts for individuals experiencing amputations due to medical malpractice and accidents.

In three decades of practice, his catastrophic personal injury verdicts and settlements surpass half a billion dollars.

His dedication to clients is well known:

“The clients I represent, I am meant to meet these folks. I am supposed to be in their lives and to make a difference for them. It gives me the power, motivation and confidence that I need even when we're going up against some pretty heavy odds.”

Since 2014, Ross has recovered more than $150 million for individual clients, including:

  • $44.1 M jury verdict for brain injury as a result of medical negligence, currently the largest medical malpractice award in the state of Pennsylvania, double the highest award in 2015.

  • $17.8 M for an amputation injury

  • $12.9 M for a medication error wrongful death

  • $8.5 M for medical malpractice resulting in neurologic injuries

  • $8.4 M for brain injuries to a newborn

  • $6.0 M for delayed diagnosis of a cancerous tumor
