Rajiv Parikh, partner in the Genova Burns Newark, NJ office, is a litigator and trial attorney focusing on complex commercial disputes, intellectual property litigation, electronic discovery, large scale construction disputes, and constitutional challenges. He has expertise in strategic counseling and litigation relations to online reputation management, harassment and defending against internet/social media defamation campaigns.
Parikh has served as general counsel to the New Jersey Democratic State Committee and the campaigns of Senator Cory Booker and congressional candidate Roy Cho. He has been involved in several election-related litigations throughout New Jersey, including representing the Democratic National Committee and candidates for local, state and federal offices.
Parikh is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey and a Barrister for the John C. Liftland American Inn of Courts.
