Michael Schaller is a New Jersey criminal defense lawyer. He represents clients throughout the state charged with crimes including distribution of drugs, aggravated assault, robbery and theft. In Ocean and Monmouth counties he represents clients for DWI, driving while suspended, possession of marijuana, shoplifting and disorderly persons offenses.
Before becoming a attorney, Schiller was a New Jersey State Police officer for 24 years, retiring as a Major and holding the position of Chief of Staff. He currently serves as the Municipal Public Defender in Point Pleasant Beach and is a member of the Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys of New Jersey and the New Jersey Bar Association.
