For more than 25 years, Michael Salmanson has represented employers and employees in employment related matters and commercial litigation. Although well known for his work in employment discrimination, ERISA and the False Claims Act, he also practices in wage payment and collection statutes and other federal, state and local laws.
Salmanson is a litigator who sees cases from inception through trial. His firm, along with partner Scott Goldshaw, was named the "Top Labor and Employment Litigation Law Firm in Pennsylvania" by American Lawyer Media's newspaper The Legal Intelligencer in June, 2014.
Salmanson also provides counseling, negotiates employment contracts and settlement of claims. Since 1990 he has been an adjunct Professor of Law for the University of Pennsylvania.
