Melissa Ann Iacobucci is an associate in the Family Law Group at O'Donnell Weiss & Mattei. Melissa concentrates her practice on family law representing clients in all aspects of divorce, support and custody proceedings.
Melissa worked as a legal intern in the Montgomery County Office of the Public Defender in 2010 and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Elizabeth T. Hey, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in the summer of 2009.
Graduating from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law with her J.D. in 2011 and Williams College with a B.A. in 2008, Melissa is a member of the Montgomery Bar Leadership Academy, Montgomery Child Advocacy Project, Friend of the Court, Montgomery Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section, Family law Section and Vice-Chair of the Women in Law Committee. She is also the editor of the Association’s Law Reporter and a member of the Phoenixville Chamber of Commerce.
She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
