Matthew Wynn represents businesses in workers' compensation, employment law, and business advisement and litigation. His workers' compensation clients include self-insured employers, insurance companies and third party administrators. He has seen claims all the way through Pennsylvania courts, including the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Employers use his services to represent them in negotiations with insurance companies. He also negotiates insurance coverage with the Bureau of Workers' Compensation and employee ratings with the Pennsylvania Rating Bureau.
He is co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Workers' Compensation section. Wynn writes articles on the topic for The Legal Intelligencer and has been a featured speaker at seminars for the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Philadelphia Bar Association.
Wynn represents employers against employee claims in state and federal courts, as well as various administrative agencies. These claims include discrimination, harassment, retaliation, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and American's with Disabilities Act (ADA).
For his large and small business clients, he drafts and review contracts, assists in business formation, and represents them in commercial or business litigation.
