Mark Aronchick is a national trial and appellate attorney representing clients in healthcare fraud and abuse, healthcare litigation, financial institution controversies, antitrust, employment, securities, environmental, construction, professional malpractice, governmental, administrative, class actions, general business and white-collar crime defense.
He was lead counsel with American Civil Liberties Union in Whitewood v. Wolf, a federal lawsuit that overturned Pennsylvania's ban on same-sex marriage. Aronchick is quoted as saying about the case:
“Of all the things I’ve done in my professional life, this has been among the most important and the most affirming. Americans are reexamining their prejudices, and those misconceptions concerning our gay and lesbian citizens are evaporating. At no time in our constitutional history has there been such rapid rethinking of who we want to be. It has been so great to be a part of it.”
In addition to his successful practice, Aronchick is engaged in politics and governance– locally and nationally– and serves on many boards and community organizations.
