As a seasoned defense attorney, Linda Dale Hoffa helps corporations and individuals navigate the complex regulatory and law enforcement landscape. She specializes in criminal defense and counseling, internal corporate investigations, and corporate compliance programs. Hoffa’s experience includes previous positions as Criminal Division Chief at Philadelphia U.S. Attorney’s Office and Senior Executive Deputy Attorney General at the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office. At Dilworth Paxson she is Chair of the White Collar/Government Investigations Practice Group.
Before joining Dilworth, Hoffa helped senior level positions in state and federal government. She was Chair of the Criminal Chiefs Working Group (2008 - 2009), senior criminal counsel at the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee (2009 - 2011), Executive Deputy General Counsel for Criminal Justice at the Pennsylvania's Governor's Office of General Counsel.
Hoffa speaks frequently at conferences, is regularly quoted in print and broadcast news, has appeared on The American Law Journal and teaches "Law of Investigations" at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
