Kristine Grady Derewicz is the office managing shareholder and one of the founding members at Littler Mendelson’s Philadelphia office. She focuses her practice on representing employers in labor and employment law, including discrimination, Title VII and Title IX, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act and National Labor Relations Act; and union matters such as labor arbitrations, collective bargaining disputes, representation elections and unfair labor practice proceedings.
Derewicz represents her clients in both state and federal court in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board. Healthcare employers, private schools, colleges and universities, as well as in-house counsel and human resources professionals are her typical clients. She also represents several Philadelphia-based social service agencies on a pro bono basis.
