Kevin Reid is a litigator and transactional attorney focusing his practice in the areas of public finance, education law, municipal law, employment law and litigation. He is chair of the firm’s Public Finance Law Practice and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Reid serves as a bond counsel in multiple municipal transactions for school districts, cities, townships and Indian tribes. He is also solicitor and special counsel to public school districts. He advices school boards, directors and administrators, often appearing before state and local agencies and state and federal courts on matters related to employment, taxes, real estate, contracts and student matters.
Living in this area his whole adult life, Reid sees helping cities, townships and school districts in the regions as one of his top priorities. He enjoys helping them achieve their goals in a wide range of legal matters, which in turns helps them meet he needs of their constituents.
