Kelly Tillery is nationally recognized for his work in intellectual property and anti-counterfeiting protection. He is a member of Pepper Hamilton's Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group.
He focuses his practice on protecting the trademarks and copyrights of performing artists as well as major software, jewelry, novelty and designer manufacturers around the world. He is known for individual, national and facility injections to protect these rights.
