Joseph Huttemann, partner at Martin Law, focuses his practice on workers' compensation. Prior to joining the firm, Huttemann defended employers and insurance carriers against claims. Now as a claimants' attorney, he is a certified specialist by the PA Bar Associations's Section on Workers' Compensation Law in Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation. He is also a certified specialist in Veterans' Benefits.
Huttemann is author of "The Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act: An Employer's Guide" and "Act 57: A Legal Analysis," and has written articles for The Legal Intelligencer. He lectures on workers' compensation and Social Security Disability to the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Bucks County Bar Association. Huttemann was also a panelist for the Bench-Bar Annual Conference CLE.
