Joe Gill, Founder and President of Gill and Associates, is a seasoned private investigator. Before beginning his own firm in Philadelphia in 1982, he gained experience in the field working for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, the Central Intake Unit of Philadelphia Prison Systems, and EGIS International lnc./American Security Command.  He is licensed, bonded and insured in Pennsylvania, and also licensed in New Jersey.
