Jon Pearson represents corporations in a wide range of areas including: restructuring, complex litigation, arbitration, and government infestations in the areas of securities law, consumer regulations, bank regulations, and general commercial litigation. His clients consist of banks and other lenders, pharmaceutical companies, contractors and other corporations.
