Jennifer A. Brandt - Cozen O'Connor

Jennifer Brandt, Co-Chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Family Law group, represents Pennsylvania and New Jersey clients in divorce, custody, and child/spousal support. Her family law litigation experience is in both trial and appellate courts. In her practice, Brandt negotiates prenuptial, post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements; she also assists in adoptions, guardianships and assisted reproduction matters.

Recognizing her knowledge in family law, the media often invites Brandt on television and radio, such as CNN, MSNBC, Headline News, ABC, NBC, Fox News Network, “The O’Reilly Factor,” “HLN Prime News,” “Your World With Neil Cavuto,” “Issues With Jane Velez Mitchell,” “ABC World News Tonight,” and the “Today Show.” Local program such as Fox 29, Good Day Philadelphia and Fox Weekend, CBS 3, 6ABC, NBC 10, and KYW News Radio.

Brandt speaks and lectures regularly in matters of family law. She has presented for the Family Law Institute, the General Practitioners’ Updae, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants’, Avvo Lawyernomics Conference and the ABA Section of Family law. She also plans courses for attorneys and other professionals, and teaches a course on divorce at Main Line School Night for the general public.
