BIOGRAPHY

Jeffrey Gross focuses his practice exclusively on litigating claims by injured workers in Philadelphia. This includes subrogation matters, full and partial disability claims, lump sum settlements, occupational diseases and workplace fatalities. He believes each injured worker is entitled to every benefit available under the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act and works aggressively to pursue the best interest of his clients. Due to his compassion and professionalism, he was honored with the Martha Hampton Award in 2003.

Mr. Gross is a published author, featured more than a dozen times in local magazines. He lectures on various Workers' Compensation topics for professional organizations such as the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
