BIOGRAPHY

Jason Reisman is a corporate labor relations and employment law attorney specializing in wage and hour matters, including providing training and guidance on overtime and exemption issues, handling Department of Labor audits, and defending collective and class action litigation under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and similar state statutes. He has extensive experience in equal employment opportunity matters such as harassment discrimination and retaliation claims.

Attorney Reisman's clients include small, family-owned businesses through large multinational corporations in a wide variety of industries.  He provides training in employment related areas: wage and hour, compliance and pitfalls, harassment recognition and prevention, conducting effective investigations, managing without interference, and supervisory best practices.
