J. Freedley Hunsicker is Senior Counsel for the Philadelphia office of Fisher Phillips. He represents employers in a wide range of employment issues such as: union organizing, discrimination, collective bargaining, labor arbitration, and sexual harassment and wrongful discharge litigation.
Freedley litigates race, sex, age and disability discrimination, sexual harassment, defamation and wrongful discharge on behalf of the employer. He also represents employers in union organizing campaigns, unfair labor practice charges and labor arbitrations. Freedley practices before the National Labor Relations Board and negotiates collective bargaining agreements. He has distinct experience in healthcare, education, service and manufacturing industries and is experienced with secondary boycotts and construction industry labor disputes.
