BIOGRAPHY

Since 1979, George Martin has focused his practice exclusively on workers' compensation. He is certified as a specialist in Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section on Workers' Compensation as authorized by the PA Supreme Court.

He represents the Philadelphia Eagles players as a workers' compensation panel attorney, appointed by the NFL Players Association (NFLPA). He also represents the Professional Hockey Players Association (PHPA).

Martin is an author, presenter and lecturer. He presents regularly in continuing legal education seminars and lectures for the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyer Association, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and others. He is also co-author of several 1990's editions of the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Practice and Procedure, published by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.

Martin is involved in multiple non-profit organizations and charities that focus on the environment.
