Edward Cahn focuses his practice in complex litigation and dispute resolution. He has mediated over 1000 controversies. He represents his corporate clients in ERISA, corporate-shareholder actions and securities litigation, antitrust, commercial, alternative dispute resolution, and intellectual property issues.
Cahn returned to private practice in 1998 after 23 years of service as a Pennsylvania judge, 5 year of which he was chief judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also held positions as a Tresonlini Lecturer in law at Lehigh University and a adjunct professor of law at Rutgers-Camden Law School.
