Since the 1980's, Dexter K. Case has been representing both individuals and business in bankruptcy Chapter 7 and reorganization, Chapters 11 and 13. On behalf of the thousands of clients he has represented, he has filed for appropriate bankruptcy relief including staying mortgage foreclosures, dealing with other secured creditors, handling IRS levies and other tax issues.
