Deborah Weinstein is a respected employment law litigator, counselor and thought leader. Nationally she is known for representing employers of all sizes, public entities, law firms and non-profits. She has defended her clients in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, wrongful discharge, terminations, employment agreements and other employment-related matters.
Weinstein teaches, speaks and writes about people, the workplace, and the law. She taught employment law at the Wharton Business School’s Department of Legal Studies and Business Ethics for 17 years. She developed The Law at Work: Employment Law for Managers, an innovative employment law course.
