BIOGRAPHY

Anthony Haller’s practice includes all areas of labor and employment law for corporations, including complex litigation, preventive counseling, trial and appellate work.  In addition to the United States, he is admitted to practice in courts in England and Wales.

“We have new, innovative and disruptive technology and companies that are providing consumers what they really want and the laws have not kept up with today’s economy.”

Haller frequently lectures on employment law issues and speaks annually for the Pennsylvania Bar Employment Law Institute.  Haller co-authored the chapter on “Introduction to Employment Laws of the United States for Foreign Investors” in Business One Irwin’s Business Opportunities in the Untied States Reference Guide and the chapter on “Labor Law in the Construction Industry” in Aspen Publications’ Construction Business Handbook.
