Feldman is one of few attorneys who took a class action to jury trial successfully. He has seen success in class actions against the medical and automotive industries. He has represented the victims of vehicles with faulty designs and other consumer products that resulted in injury or death. Feldman also represents victims of college campus sexual abuse. Currently Feldman is representing the families of the three toddlers fatally injured by the IKEA dressers.

During his tenure as Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Feldman created a campaign, "Raising the Bar," which raised millions of dollars to provide free legal services to those in need. The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has appointed him to serve on the IOLTA Board, which supports legal services agencies throughout Pennsylvania.
