George Badey focuses his practice in personal injury litigation, products liability, workers’ compensation and medical malpractice. He won a critical decision in the PA Supreme Court in 2007 against the tobacco industry which created an important precedent for appeals throughout the state. Badey serves as Judge Pro-Tem in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia.
Badey has experience with appellate work and has served as lead counsel on multiple occasions. He has argued before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and Pennsylvania Superior Court.
In service to the legal profession, he is also a lecturer and presenter for continuing education programs.
