Terry M. Henry - Blank Rome

Terry Henry's practice is concentrated in general commercial litigation and product liability defense. He defends companies that design and manufacture medical devices, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and home safety products. He consults with his clients in product manufacturing on compliance with industry standards, limiting and controlling risk and the nuances of manufacturing and distribution in a highly regulated industry.

Henry provides general legal advice on contracting and operations issues to entrepreneurs of businesses small to medium in size.  He has experience representing businesses in employment related and intellectual property matters, and has extensive knowledge in public school law and counsels local charter schools.
