Andrew Worek represents corporations in litigation of complex cases including medical malpractice, medical devices, healthcare administration, psychiatric malpractice, contract law, commercial litigation, civil rights, clergy-child abuse, transportation, toxic torts, general liability and aviation law. He tries cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as appellate courts, state and federal.
Worek lectures on medical malpractice and writes articles for medical journals. He is a lifelong member of the Civil Air Patrol, a civilian auxiliary of The United States Air Force and previously served as their National Legal Officer.
