Bobbi Liebenberg, senior partner at Fine Kaplan and Black, practices solely in antitrust and complex commercial litigation, class actions and white collar defense. She is currently on the board of the American Antitrust Institute.
Liebenberg has received numerous honors including: The National Law Journal’s “Outstanding Women Lawyers,” “50 Most Influential Women Lawyers in America;” Best Lawyers in America named her Philadelphia “Lawyer of the Year;” and she is the only women to be named “Top Ten Super Lawyers in Pennsylvania,” an honor she has received multiple times.
She has held leadership roles in many organizations focused on the advancement of women in the legal profession, including serving as the Chair of the American Bar Association’s Commission on Women in the Profession (2008-11, 2013-14), Chair of the ABA’s Gender Equality Task Force (2012-13), Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Commission on Women in the Profession and Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Women in the Profession Committee. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court appointed her to the Pennsylvania Interbranch Commission for Gender, Racial and Ethnic Fairness.
Leibenberg writes and lectures extensively on issues pertaining to gender, race and ethnic fairness in the legal profession and society at large.
